Holiday houses

All our holiday houses are located free in the middle of the beautiful and protected landscape of West Bohemia (CHKO Český les).
Prices are incl. electricity and firewood and excl. bedlinen & towels (15 € p/p, incl. costless change of bedlinen & towels every week) and cleaning at the end of the stay 80 €).and the costs of the pallets in the homes where there is central heating. Deposit is 100 €.
All houses have free Wi-Fi, TV only for the DVD player (!), radio, microwave, refrigerator, small freezer, hoover.
All the gardens have a barbecue and a campfire (wood is supplied), as well as an outdoor playpen for sand for young children.
Small childrenbed and high chair available. And playgrounds in Milire and in Obora, and in Svobodka at the restaurant.
Laundry service available at extra costs. (The houses do not have their own washing machine).
Dogs (max 3) welcomed. (30 €/dog) All our houses have fenced gardens.
Parking in the garden.
Electric vehicles are not allowed to be charged in our holiday houses.
Arrival and departure times: Arrival on Saturdays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Departure on Saturdays by 10 a.m. at the latest. In the low season half weeks is sometimes possible (Minimum 3 nights).
Good and cheap restaurants, shops, rent-a bike, swimming, tenniscourts, skatepark, bowling, fishing (all at 2-7 km distance).
Almost no flies and mosquitoes !!

Dum u Lesa House Open all year round. Price 900 €/week and 1000 €/week in high season.	Hrusen House Open from early May to October. Price 700 €/week and 800 €/week in high season.
